LLESS Inc., which stands for Lancaster Life & Employment Skills Services, was established in 2011. We are a dedicated organization that offers Life Skills, Companion, Job Finding, and Job Coaching to individuals with intellectual disabilities in the Lancaster County, PA area. Our mission is to work together with individuals. It is our goal to increase the independence of individuals with disabilities, special needs or other barriers to have pride and dignity through increased life skills and employment skills. This will improve individual knowledge and understanding of safety in their home, job, and community. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where our clients can learn and grow. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact and helping individuals achieve their full potential.
